I have been practicing yoga for 10+ years and have been teaching since 2017. I was introduced to yoga through a Denise Richards DVD (that I still have 😀) to compliment competitive tennis. I've been hooked ever since. Yoga has been a constant in my life through many moves, jobs and life in general.
I completed a 200 hour Teacher Training and a Vinyasa mentorship from the Om Factory. I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have completed Sadie Nardini's Yoga Shred Part 1.
Yoga is my passion and I strongly believe that the practice is for everyone. I provide progressive variations and fun flows to not only challenge students but to enhance understanding of the body and of yogic principles. I offer many different variations while working up to the more challenging poses. The best moments as a teacher are when my students get a pose for the first time, their joy is contagious.
